A Flagship Store – Decorative Finishes in Milan
The new Moschino boutique in Via della Spiga, in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, is an exclusive design project created by architect Andrea Tognon in collaboration with Jeremy Scott, Creative Director of the fashion house. The showroom strikes a perfect balance between luxury, elegance and innovation, where every detail is designed to enhance the retail space and the brand’s identity.
A concept of the flagship store highlights fine materials and high-quality finishes, where every surface becomes a protagonist thanks to refined and spectacular textures.
Natural Marmorino & Lime Grassello
The heart of the project is the decorative finishes in natural marmorino, made from lime putty, an eco-friendly and breathable material suitable for both interiors and exteriors. This technique allows you to quickly achieve effects similar to traditional marmorino, with an elegant, uniform and textured finish.
Walls treated with this marmorino finish have smooth, luminous surfaces that reflect natural and artificial light, creating a refined and welcoming environment. The result is a perfect combination of contemporary aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship, giving the Moschino showroom an exclusive and memorable atmosphere.
Sustainable Design & Luxury Atmosphere
In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the use of lime putty guarantees a sustainable and breathable solution that respects the environment and indoor air quality. The textured finishes enhance every architectural detail, emphasising the structure of the spaces and creating an immersive experience for visitors.
The project shows how Milano decorative finishes can combine design, sustainability and luxury, transforming a flagship store into a true example of material elegance and innovation.
