Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation
Between Art&Design gives you the opportunity to design and renovate individual rooms in your home. In the Porpora flat, for example, we renovated the kitchen in a deep red colour and created an industrial-style bathroom using microcement.
Advantages of Microcement
The use of microcement allows us to combine functionality with industrial design in the creation of walls, floors and false ceilings.
Surfaces created using this material do not require joints, resulting in a smooth, continuous finish that gives the illusion of a more spacious and airy environment. They are therefore ideal for renovating even particularly cramped spaces.
Furthermore, thanks to the absence of joints in its installation, microcement is an excellent solution and alternative from a hygienic point of view, making it extremely functional.
In this project, in addition to the walls and floors, we also created a worktop combined with a sink and illuminated niches.
Modern Purple-Red Kitchen
The modern kitchen is a bit like a laboratory. An organiser, metal and glass elements, bright colours, every single detail contributes to defining its functionality and design.
The glossy purple panels complete the kitchen renovation project. The touch of bright red gives character to the room.
A space designed in this way is the perfect place for lovers of modern kitchens with a strong impact. In this project, we used another interesting solution: a hidden magnetic board. A black metal plate attached to the wall and hidden by a layer of white paint. In this way, we created a surface for a gallery of photos and memories, personalised and adaptable.
Style and Functionality for Your Bathroom
The walk-in shower is a very fashionable solution at the moment. Thanks to its ease of access and maintenance, it is also safer and more hygienic than traditional showers. The industrial design has been complemented with glass elements and dark stone accessories, while a large mirror above the washbasin helps to enhance the play of light and shadow within the room.
The laundry area, appliances and storage room have been moved to the end of the corridor adjacent to the bathroom and hidden behind double doors with mirrors: this way, they are invisible to guests and, at the same time, the corridor becomes more airy and light.
