Modern Appartment in Genoa
This project transformed a modern appartment in Genoa intended for student rental. The open space integrates the kitchen, living room and dining area into a functional and bright environment. Existing furnishings were combined with customised solutions to maximise space and maintain a minimalist design. The neutral finishes of the surfaces create continuity and make the environment elegant and harmonious.
The entire flat, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, was renovated according to the client’s original design. Neutral tones with colourful accents, together with bespoke elements and carefully designed lighting solutions, create a contemporary and welcoming environment. The combination of minimalist aesthetics and functional spaces ensures practicality and harmony for students and guests, enhancing every detail of the project.
Modern Resin Bathrooms
The two bathrooms have been finished with decorative beige resin, creating a continuous, uniform surface. The flush-to-wall doors, which are almost invisible, ensure a clean, sophisticated design. Each bathroom has black details and red accents that add character to the rooms. The furnishings are by Antonio Lupi and perfectly emphasise the modern character of the room. The choice of modern, durable materials enhances comfort and everyday practicality.
