Authentic Ligurian Character
An flat renovation in central of Genoa that reflects the light and warmth of the Mediterranean. Sun Yellow was inspired by the original Genoese terrazzo flooring, with golden veins that inspired the entire colour palette. The interiors feature honey, brick red and olive green tones, creating a harmonious balance between elegance and comfort. The flat, intended to become a second home, has been redesigned to combine functionality, natural light and a welcoming atmosphere with an authentic Ligurian character.

The company handled all the difficult negotiations with the authorities and obtained all the necessary permits, giving us the confidence that everything would be handled in compliance with building regulations.
Our flat renovation was carried out in accordance with our expectations and our principle of preserving the original Genoese architecture as much as possible.
I’m very grateful to have found the original storage room door, which the previous owners had replaced with a folding door. Therefore, the company not only realizes its own design projects, but also adapts to the needs and tastes of its customers. We recommend this company for its reliability, professionalism, and friendliness.
All the systems were updated, the kitchen was moved to the hallway, and a new space was created for a large bathroom while maintaining the existing wall structure. The old Genoese flooring was renovated, a particularly important aspect for us. The shutters, which were in terrible condition, were replaced, and the plaster was refinished.
Between Art Design provided us with every assistance, even for issues beyond the scope of the renovation. For example, they kindly provided us with an address for shipping the purchased items via courier, which was invaluable given that we only occasionally live in Genoa.
