Tailor-Made Projects
For those who want a comprehensive, personalised service, we offer our Tailor-Made design package, a premium service that involves the client in every stage of the creative process. Using tools such as 3D modelling and photorealistic visualisations, we provide a preview of how your new home will look when it is finished.
Our Work Process
1.
Definition of Goals
Site inspection and needs analysis
Your project begins with an on-site visit and the definition of the renovation objectives. Our team will help you describe your style and present the best ways to realise your desires.
2.
Ideas & Solutions
Customised options, 2D and 3D designs, furnishing proposals
Identification of options and sharing of technical material useful for providing ideas and solutions tailored to your needs. Through 3D modelling and photorealistic visualisation, we are able to show you the layout of the spaces and details about the materials. You will be able to see your new home right away! This phase may also include project documentation (2D drawings) and furnishing proposals.
3.
Quotation
Detailed costs and guaranteed timelines
Preparation of specifications and drafting of detailed estimates with guaranteed costs and timelines.
4.
Start of Work
Management of administrative procedures and site start-up
Signing of the contract, initiation of administrative procedures and confirmation of the start date of the works.
5.
Realisation & Supervision
Coordination by our Project Manager
At this stage, the Project Manager will act as an interface between you and our team. He will manage the entire project chain, whether it involves our professionals or construction companies or architectural firms chosen directly by you. He will coordinate the work, receiving and conveying any changes requested during the course of the project.
6.
Final Inspection
Delivery of certificates and our ‘MyHomeBook’
You will be able to see the results of the work for yourself. During your visit, you will be given documentation relating to the compliance of the systems and the relevant certifications. At the end of the work, you will receive a ‘MyHomeBook’ from us. This is an album of your project with photorealistic visualisations, before and after photos, a description of ideas and a collaborative project. Thanks to ‘MyHomeBook’, you will have a unique memento of your home.
